38,500 sf commercial remodel of two buildings in Goleta’s tech district, this project consists of adding a new glass elevator and entry tower, interior renovations, and upgrading the Electrical and Mechanical; LED lighting, Solar panel awnings, efficient 2-way heating and cooling, and living walls and trellises to combat the glaring sun on the all-glass building.
