Brad is a highly experienced General Contractor and third-generation local real estate developer. He serves as the President of The Vernon Group, Province Land Company, and Vernon Construction, Inc. Decades ago, these family companies were built upon a foundation of construction and development experience in Santa Barbara.
Brad grew up working in various trades as a contractor for the family business having completed a wide range of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and master-planned communities. He studied Business at California Polytechnic State University. With a focus in Santa Barbara County, Brad has built over 80 custom residences, over 350 multifamily units, 130K SF of commercial, and 200 acres of master-planned communities.

With decades of experience in the construction industry, Ryan brings a deep passion for building and a well-rounded skillset that spans multiple facets of the industry. His career includes significant roles in operations and client management with several Fortune 500 companies.
Ryan began his academic journey studying economics at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, before earning a B.A. from Brooks Institute of Photography in Montecito, CA where he focused on Motion Picture Production. He later pursued advanced studies in Organizational Leadership at Walden University, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
