In our efforts to expand help for local governmental agencies, we renovated a two-unit, income qualified dwelling, for the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara. Upgrades included: a new kitchen and bath, a complete unit rehab for with extensive asbestos abatement of acoustical ceilings and asbestos tile. The new units stand as a home for our fellow neighbors in this city rich in diversity.
